It’s that time of year again, time for HOA dues. They are still $50 for the year. We would like everyone to pay online via the Dues Payment section of this site. Paying online helps save time for HOA members who have chosen not to take money from HOA dues for efforts required to pick up checks, cash them, and manually enter information from each check into records. There is a $2.50 fee for paying online to account for the 2.5% service charge.
There is now a $5 fee for checks
Checks can be made out to CSIA or Cedar Springs Improvement Association
Mail checks to PO Box 8, Drake, CO 80515
The deadline for dues is December 31st
Any dues received after Dec 31 will incur a $25 late fee
